WCPF MEMBER SPOTLIGHT
IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Terry was a caring man and a dedicated chapter member for many years, he will be missed dearly. Our condolences go out to the Runke family who have all played important roles within our oraganization over the years. Please know that you are all in our hearts.
Terry Allen Runke, 61, of Buffalo, formerly of Hutchinson, passed away Friday, May 3, 2013, while turkey hunting in South Dakota and is now in the great hunting field of heaven.
EASY PHEASANT HOTDISH
(WWW.ALLRECIPES.COM BY BROWNDOG)
1 POUND COOKED PHEASANT, CUBED
1 (6 OUNCE) PACKAGE DRY BREAD STUFFING MIX
4 TABLESPOONS BUTTER, MELTED
1 1/2 CUPS HOT WATER
1 (10.5 OUNCE) CONTAINER CHICKEN GRAVY
1 (16 OUNCE) PACKAGE FROZEN MIXED VEGETABLES
1/4 TEASPOON DRIED THYME
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE THE SEASONING PACKET FROM THE STUFFING MIX WITH THE MELTED BUTTER & WATER. STIR IN THE STUFFING CRUMBS UNTIL ALL OF THE LIQUID IS ABSORDED.
IN A SEPARATE 2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH, COMBINE THE GRAVY, PHEASANT, VEGETABLES & THYME. STIR ALL TOGETHER WELL, THEM SPOON THE STUFFING MIX OVERTHE TOP.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL HOT AND BUBBLY.
